Exchange Password Changes
The KU authentication process (logging in with your username
and password) affects the way you can change your Exchange password. You
cannot change your password through Outlook or Outlook Web Access
(OWA). Password changes
must be made online.
If you try to change your password through the Outlook client or OWA, you will
receive the following error message:
Your Windows NT password could not be changed. Please check the information and try again.
Trying again will not be successful. Please go to the Online
Information Management page to change your password.
