Dial-up Internet users: Downloading this file will take hours on a dial-up Internet connection. Instead of downloading the file, we recommend that dial-up Internet users come to the Computing Center, 1001 Sunnyside to pick up the Outlook 2003 client that is available on CD-ROM from the Help Desk. The CD contains the same file that is available for download. See Instructions for installing from the CD.
Make sure your computer meets the basic system requirements for Office 2003.
If you are installing on a KU-owned machine, contact your tech support staff before installing. LSS customers should call 864-0400 or send a message to lsshelp@ku.edu.
During installation, you must be signed in as an Administrator (or an account with equivalent rights) on the computer. Once the program is installed, you no longer need to be an Administrator to be able to use the program.
When off campus, KU faculty and staff will need to start the KU Anywhere service before they install Outlook and each time they want to use Outlook.

Download Outlook 2003 Now. You need to login with your KU Online ID to download this software.
The following screen will appear. If you agree to the conditions, click OK to continue.
At the next screen, sign in with your KU Online ID and password and click Submit
